Kim was a 1988 graduate of Paint Branch Senior High School in Silver Spring, MD and furthered her education at Forsyth Technical College. Kim had a love for children and enjoyed her work in the child care field.

Ms. Robertson is survived by a son Demetrius Robertson, two daughters Ciara and Brittany Robertson, a brother Anthony(Shirley)Robertson, a grand- daughter Makenzi Brown all of the city; a aunt Ms. Vera Copeland of Washington DC; a host of god families, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held at New Horizon Apostolic Church on Monday August 9th at 1:00 pm with Pastor Shirley Johnson officiating.
