Mr. Shaun L. Moore

Shaun Lamont Moore, 26, was called to God’s heavenly choir on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 in Asheville, NC. Shaun graduated from Robert B. Glenn High School in 2006. He attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts as a vocal major and also studied briefly at Western Carolina University. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Gilbert and Gloria Moore; two sisters: LaGonda (James) McGruder and Mary Jamerson of Sanford, NC; two brothers: Gary Snipes and Chevar (Katrina) Snipes; grandparents, Virginia Winston and Beulah Moore; nine aunts, seven uncles, three special cousins, and a host of nieces, nephews, classmates, and friends. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 3, 2014 and officiated by Rev. Dr. Joseph A. Jones at Zion Memorial Baptist Church, 101 N. Dunleith Avenue, Winston-Salem, NC. The viewing will begin at 1:00 PM and the service at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Music Ministry of Zion Memorial Baptist Church.

Mr. Ronal R. Fulp

Mr. Ronal Ray Fulp, 56, of Walkertown, NC completed his life on earth and entered his heavenly home on Monday, October 21, 2014 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born on November 25, 1957 to the late Clifton G. and Clarice Coletrane Fulp.

Ronal was educated in the Forsyth County School System. He was known as a “Jack of all Trades” and a self-employed mechanic. He was a member of Baileytown Christian Church of Walnut Cove, NC.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Jesse Fulp and a sister, Dinah Davis.

He leaves to cherish precious memories of his life: his wife, Teresa Reynolds Fulp of Pinnacle, NC; one sister, Helen Scales, one brother, Jasper (Janice) Fulp both of Walkertown, NC; one brother-in-law, Larry Davis; one brother-in-law, Larry Davis; two grandsons; two stepsons and two aunts; his caregiver, Tammy Hairston; four devoted friends: Willie Hairston, Christopher Jones (cousin), Darryl Cherry and Rodney; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, October 27, 2014 at Baileytown Christian Church. The family will greet friends 30 minutes prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Ms. Ophel L. Bonner

Ms. Ophel Lee Bonner was born on October 6, 1935 to John and Coleen Bonner and went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, October 15, 2014. She was a faithful member of Union Baptist Church. Ms. Bonner was preceded in death by her son James Bonner, three sisters and two brothers. Leaving to cherish her memories: one son, Marvin (Donna) Bonner; two special nieces: Paula Bonner and Marilyn Jackson; five grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A graveside service will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Evergreen Cemetery with Pastor Nathaniel P.J. Williams, Jr., CHRIST Community Outreach Church, officiating.

Mr. Anthony G. Roseboro

Anthony Gerard Roseboro was born on January 7, 1984 to the late Brenda Kaye Roseboro and Alonza Lee Fletcher.

Anthony graduated from Robert B. Glenn High School in 2002, and attended Brookstone College. He was a dedicated employee for Johnson Control.  Anthony loved basketball and old cars.

He leaves to cherish his memories;  his father, Alonza Lee Fletcher,  1 son, Justice Wall;  3 sisters: Shawn (Harold) Brandon,  Kenisha Roseboro and Keesha Dover; 4 brothers: Pecos Rosemond,  Carl Rowdy, Andre Roseboro,  Dedrick (LaQueeta) Roseboro; 1 special nephew, DeAndre Roseboro; 11 Nieces: Kiyannah, Kaliyah, Kyah, Tatiana, Toriana, Destiny, Demyah, Tyshaun, Yasmine, Myriah, Amyah, a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Anthony passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 4, 2014. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by Elizabeth Roseboro (maternal grandmother), Dinah Fletcher (paternal grandmother) and Tameka Rosemond (sister).

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM at The Love Church on Saturday, October 11, 2014. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Mr. Dan Davis

Mr. Dan Davis passed away at his home in Winston-Salem unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 30, 2014.


He was born to the late Sam Davis and Flora Robinson Davis in Florence, SC on August 19, 1942. And he began his early Christian education at Little Zion Holiness Church in Florence.

Mr. Davis was a former employee of Greenwood and Charles Construction Company in Winston-Salem and he was a good back-yard auto mechanic.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Davis; daughter, Jackie Davis; and nine brothers and sisters.

Survivors include his daughter, Karen White; three sisters, including his caregiver, Earlene D. Lunn, Pearl Bynum of New York and Elsie (Lucius) Redden, Florence, SC; a brother, Jeremiah Davis; three grandchildren, Shawn Sims, Henry White and Terrence White; 13 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews including Avalena Artis; a host of cousins, extended family members and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Clark S. Brown and Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Interment at Evergreen Cemetery. The family will greet friends 30 minutes prior to the services, at 12:30 pm in the chapel.
