Mr. Paul Jones

Mr. Paul Jones, 71, departed this life on November 11, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center after an extended illness. Paul was born on January 4, 1942 in Winston-Salem to the late Halique and Isabel Jones. Paul attended the W-S/Forsyth County schools and graduated from Atkins High School, Class of 1959. He served and was honorably discharged from the United States Navy. He later attended Forsyth Technical College. Paul retired from R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company with over 30 years of service.
He was a member of Agape Faith Church for many years. Paul was a charitable giver and will be greatly missed!
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Gladys Jones and granddaughter, Desiree Jones.
He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife of 47 years, Quentillia Jones; son, Paul C. (Renee’) Jones, granddaughter, Krishanda S. Carter; grandson, Dominique R. McLaughlin; a host of other relatives and caring friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 15, 2013 in the chapel of Clark S. Brown & Sons Funeral Home. The family will greet friends 30 minutes prior to the service. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
