Mr. Ayman Fareed

INNA LI LLAHE, WA INNA ELAITHE RAJEOON. From Allah did we come and to him shall we return. Mr. Ayman Fareed formerly Larry James Watkins of Winston-Salem departed this life on August 10, 2009 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center following a short illness. He was born in Winston-Salem on January 21, 1950 to the late Mr. William and Mrs. Lida Watkins. Mr. Fareed was a veteran of the US Marine Corps. He had a passion for fishing. His smile, friendliness and humor touched all he met. He was predeceased by a brother, Winfred L. Watkins and is survived by his wife, Rasheedah H. Fareed; four sons: Jameel, Kingg, Hakeem (Shierina) and Jabbaar Fareed; a sister, Jettye Donaldson of Cleveland, NC; a brother, William (Velma) Watkins of Decatur, GA; three sisters-in-law: Sylvia (Momodu) Taylor of Clinton, MD, Barbara McGee and Beverly (Melvin) Campbell, both of Winston-Salem; four grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
