Mrs. Mildred Lucille D. Evans

Mrs. Mildred Lucille D. Evans, 76, of 2121 Gerald Street, Winston-Salem, went home to be with the Lord in the midst of her caring family on Thursday, September 22, 2011. Mrs. Evans was best known for her kind approach and continuous instructions to love, respect and care for one another.
She is survived by her three sons: John H. (Cellestine) Evans, Jr., Walter L. (Joyce) Evans, and Tony M. Evans; grandsons: John H. Evans, III and Zander M. Morris; four granddaughter: Staci M. Minor, Kenya M. Newsome, Toni E. and Tiffany N. Williamson; also left to cherish her memory are a host of great grandchildren and friends.
Funeral services were held at 12:30 PM in the chapel of Clark S. Brown & Sons Funeral Home with Minister Bernard Morris-Pate, officiating. Interment in Parklawn Memorial Park.
