Mrs. Belvina J. Wolfe

Mrs. Belvina Jean Wolfe was born March 31, 1946 in Winston-Salem, NC to the late Mary Grimes. She departed her earthly vessel to be with the Heavenly Father on Monday, May 4, 2015 with her beloved family by her side. Jean graduated from Carver High School and completed her Asociates Degree at McLean’s Business College. Jean was the oldest of nine siblings and known for her quick wittedness, unique sense of humor and giving heart. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Preceded in death by her late husband, Alfred Wolfe. Jean leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life and legacy five children: George (Tasha) Truitt, Temperance (Edward) Tobe, Clinton Truitt, Maria (Thomas) Wilborn and G’Ann Truitt; twelve grandchildren; one great grandchild; three sisters: Carol Miller, Cynthia Grimes, Michelle (Jimmy) Pringle; three brothers: Richard (Nolie) Miller, Sylvester Westly and Myron Grimes; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service was held at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 8, 2015 in the chapel of Clark S. Brown & Sons Funeral Home. The family greeted friends 30 minutes prior to the service.
