Mr. James E. "Moo Koo" Henderson

Mr. James E. “Moo Koo” Henderson, 65, passed away on June 22, 2011. He was born on February 10, 1946 in Winston-Salem, NC to the late Wilbord and Christine Young Henderson.
Mr. Henderson was a Baptist by faith. He was employed by RJ Reynolds after serving as a Sergeant in the US Army from 1965-1968 in the Vietnam Conflict.
In addition to his parents, “Moo Koo” was preceded in the death by his siblings: Nathaniel Henderson, June Henderson, and Johnnie Mae Adams.
James is survived by his daughters: Toni Henderson, Evette Blakely, and Jessica Adams; son, James Henderson, Jr.; ten grandchildren: Cherelle, Jazmine, Emanuel, Lakenya, Domonic, Alayah, Torrian, McKenzie, Jocelyn and Joshua; four great grandchildren: Camoury, Kadian, Autumn, and Isaiah; a sister, Ruth Henderson of Verona, VA; brother, George Henderson of the city; a devoted niece, Judy Martin and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 in the chapel of Clark S. Brown & Sons Funeral Home. The family will greet friends 30 minutes prior tot he service. Interment will be in Salisbury National Cemetery.
