Mr. Reuben Lee Bailey was born January 28, 1957 and departed on September 14, 2014 after a brief illness. He was a graduate of North Forsyth High School and an employee of Tyco Electronics in Greensboro, NC.
He is survived by four daughters: Pamela Bailey and Jasmine Love of Winston-Salem, NC Jessica Bailey and Penny Jackson of Haines City, FLA; four sons: Reuben Jacobs of Winston-Salem, NC, Corey Hodge of Jamaica, NY, Keith Bailey and Jeffrey Montford of Haines City, FLA; his mother, Martha Burgess of Winston-Salem; two sisters: Joan Bailey and Shelia (Johnny) Oneal; four stepsisters: Le’Ola (Charles) Williams, Ann Burgess, Lu’Angle Woodriff of Winston-Salem, Pearl Flemings of Sumpter, SC; two stepbrothers: Wilbert Burgess of FL and Joe Burgess of Lake City, FL.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Christ Rescue Temple with Bishop Willie Davis, Jr., officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
